Position: Histotechnologist / Histotech / Histologist / Histology Tech

• Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift available; Monday - Friday - Shift Differential pay available
• Employment Type: Full-time, Benefit Eligible
• Sign-On Bonus Available

Responsibilities:

• Prepare slides for routine H & E and special stain procedures
• Perform and document scheduled preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot processing, embedding, cutting, and staining issues
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards, prioritizing safety, compliance, and quality control

Requirements:

• New York State License as applicable
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing preferred
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment

Salary: Starting $40.00–$60.00/hour, commensurate with experience.
