Histotech Supervisor – 1st Shift – Greenville, SC
Up to $85K + $5K Relocation Assistance!

An excellent opportunity is now available with a well-established laboratory in Greenville, South Carolina for a Histotech Supervisor to lead a dynamic histology team on the 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM).

Position Overview:

• Full-time, permanent role

• 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

• Competitive salary up to $90,000/year

• $5,000 relocation reimbursement available

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the histology department

• Supervise and support histotechnologists and technicians

• Ensure all laboratory procedures comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements

• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to maintain efficiency

• Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for staff

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure accurate, timely results

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in a histology lab is required

• ASCP certification (HT or HTL) strongly preferred

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field

• Solid understanding of histology techniques, equipment, and lab regulations

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
