Histology Manager OR Anatomic Pathology Manager Opening in Dallas

Position Highlights:

• Opportunity to manage a new histology laboratory within an established healthcare organization!
• Oversight of 2 Histology Supervisors and Histology Technicians/Technologists.
• Responsible for staff hiring, orientation, competency and ongoing training. Also, providing performance feedback to staff.
• Managing day to day operations of the histology laboratory including ensuring laboratory compliance, develops and implementing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Histotechnology or Medical Laboratory Science (or equivalent). Masters Preferred.
• HT or HTL ASCP Certification
• At least 3 years of experience in a histology leadership position.
