Job Description
NEW Permanent Histotech Opening – Charlotte, North Carolina
- Permanent full-time placement
- Shift: 1am-9:30am (Tues-Sat)
- Requirements
- Experience with preparing frozen sections, assisting in gross specimen examination, preparing fixed tissue specimens, and cutting, mounting, and staining tissue sections.
- Currently enrolled in a HT or HTL (ASCP) program and must obtain certification within one year of completing program or 1 year from hire date; or a certified HT or HTL (ASCP) and 1 year of experience is required or an uncertified HT with 3 at least years of experience is required.
- ASCP certification is highly preferred!
- Must have completed High School (Diploma or GED)
- This position is located in Charlotte, NC with one of the top health systems in the state!
