We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a growing healthcare services organization on Long Island!

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior executive who enjoys leading teams, improving business performance, and helping an established organization expand.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of healthcare operations, financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure departments are operating efficiently.

• Partner directly with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.

• Lead and mentor department heads, managers, and operational teams.

• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure productivity, financial performance, and service quality.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve profitability.

• Oversee budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and operational performance.

• Implement technology solutions, automation, and process improvements.

• Support business expansion, new service offerings, and potential acquisitions.

• Ensure operational compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.

• Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing leadership culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive professional leadership experience.

• 10+ years overseeing multiple departments, business functions, or operational teams.

• Significant senior executive or C-suite leadership experience.

• Healthcare, home care, home health, or related healthcare services experience strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, improve profitability, and drive business growth.

• Experience overseeing multi-location operations and leading organizational change.

• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Opportunity

• $215,000–$230,000 annual base salary
