Job Description

Maxim Healthcare Services is currently a Compensation Analyst to provide services on a short term contract in Brentwood, Tennessee with the world’s leading healthcare access provider!


Experience/Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have experience working with compensation review and development


Monday through Friday, at least 24 hours per week – days may be flexible

Position Details:

*Participates in various compensation projects which may involve customized revision, development and/or re-design of existing compensation programs, and helps design and implement any special or new compensation programs

*Administers the company’s compensation systems, including base pay, incentives, etc

*Researches and resolves issues per company policies, historical practices, similar situations, government regulations

*Reviews and recommends salary placements for new hires as requested and otherwise assists with the recruiting and new hire process

*Ensures that compensation programs comply with established policies, guidelines, processes and procedures as well as government wage and hour and other regulations

*Partners with HRIS to obtain data necessary for compensation analysis
