Job Summary:
Manage the talent acquisition process in collaboration with the hiring managers and HR Business Partners related to the lifecycle recruiting and onboarding process.
Qualifications include:
* Bachelor’s Degree (in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred), or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
* In addition, three or more years’ of recruitment and selection experience with emphasis on AAP/EEO.
* Certification in professional human resources (PHR) accreditation program desirable.
* Human resources experience in a government regulated or healthcare industry desirable.
