Job Description:

  • Assists HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Strategize with recruitment managers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
  • Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
  • Contact references and perform background checks
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Prior related HR experience is preferred
