Job Description:
- Assists HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
- Strategize with recruitment managers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Hire or refer qualified candidates
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Prior related HR experience is preferred
