Value Analysis Specialist
(Tulsa, OK – Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm CST)

Seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Value Analysis Specialist to support cost-effective, high-quality patient care through data-driven decision making. In this role, you’ll serve as the key liaison between the sourcing and clinical teams, ensuring products, services, and processes deliver maximum value across the healthcare system.

Competitive Salary: $62k – $93k (DOE)

Onsite at the Main Hospital

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Value Analysis process in partnership with clinical and sourcing teams.

  • Guide the selection and implementation of safe, cost-effective products and services that align with organizational goals.

  • Provide clinical insight to strategic sourcing during contract decisions.

  • Introduce and oversee new initiatives, from feasibility through implementation.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clinicians, vendors, and purchasing partners.

  • Monitor data on product use, costs, and compliance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Support clinical leaders with strategies that enhance patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze outcomes to ensure initiatives meet cost savings and quality targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or related healthcare field required.

  • 3+ years of clinical experience required; Value Analysis or Supply Chain experience in a large healthcare setting preferred.

  • Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and cost-benefit evaluation.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Preferred

  • Valid Oklahoma or multistate RN license, or

  • Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHP) designation from AHVAP.
