Job Description

This position will be located in the Denver Tech Center and will be performed out of a brick and mortar office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm mst with a slight flex by 30 minutes if needed.

The salary range is $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience

You'll be an innovative and creative thinker who likes to roll up their sleeves and problem solve. Ability to partner with stakeholders, influence decisions, and frequently pivot focuses will be required.

Responsibilities and Functions

  • Technically savvy and up to date with the use of current Microsoft Office tools, with a primary focus on Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Physical Demands

Hours of Work
  • Full Time-- 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday am - 5pm mst
  • May require to work after-hours to include weekends, depending on business needs.
Travel Requirements
  • Out-of-area and overnight travel is to be expected occasionally.
Requirements
  • Responsible for all corporate recruiting (approximately 1-2 per month)
  • Manage incumbent hiring for newly awarded contracts- negotiate wages, create offers, applications, etc. Could be 50+ incumbents per month.
  • Track and manage workflows for corporate and incumbent hiring
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across other departments, vendors, employees and applicants alike.
  • Act as office manager and building contact for newly acquired brick and mortar location.
  • Manage general HR inbox by answering basic questions from employees and corporate staff, filing appropriately, and transferring to an appropriate HR team member for response.
  • Support HR team projects where needed.
Education
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Strong ability to negotiate and sell (recruiting)
  • Associate Degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in office management/HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
