Job Description
New Remote Outpatient Coding Specialist Opening
- Permanent full time positions.
- Remote role.
- The purpose of this position is to correctly assign ICD-10-CM diagnostic/procedure CPT codes on clinical encounters in accordance with regulatory and CMS Official Guidelines for coding and reporting to ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years or greater previous outpatient coding experience is required. Experience in acute care facility and/or Trauma Level II coding preferred.
- Certifications needed: CCS or CPC/COC or RHIT or RHIA required.
- Positions are with a large leading healthcare system in Nevada!
