**Actively seeking a Director of Food Services **
Candidates ideally should be a registered dietitian

This role floats between two locations that are 20 minutes apart.
Responsible for directing the activities of the Food and Nutrition Departments for Central Florida Health Alliance. Provides quality food service and nutrition care for the patients, visitors, guests and hospital staff. Administers, plans, and directs activities of the department, establishes policies and procedures and provides administrative direction for menu formulation, food preparation and service, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices and personnel utilization. Selects professional management staff. Coordinates interdepartmental professional activities and acts as a resource person to staff and management. The Director is responsible for achieving results through leading, directing, coaching and counseling team members. Assumes financial responsibility for department.
ADDITIONAL INFO AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree required
- 10 years of foodservice management with increasing degrees of responsibility attained.
- Licensed as a Registered Dietitian - preferred
- 8-hour day shifts
- Permanent and full-time position
