Job Description
Our client in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced Vascular Ultrasound Sonographer to join their family. This clinic is not open on nights or weekends, so there are no call responsibilities. The lab is ICAEL and ICAVL registered. The Sonographer will work alongside 1 physician who is an Interventional Cardiologist board certified in Vascular and Phlebology. Responsibilities for this Vascular Ultrasound Sonographer:
- Carotid Doppler/duplex
- Arterial lower extremity duplex
- AAA
- Segmental ABIs
- Lower extremity venous insufficiency ultrasounds
- Ultrasound guidance of venous endovascular laser ablation (EVLT), Venaseal Closure, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, and Varithena.
- Post EVLT procedure follow-up scans
Requirements for the Vascular Ultrasound Sonographer:
- RVT or RVS accreditation is acceptable
