Well-established hospital located north of Lake Charles, LA is looking for a full-time permanent Ultrasound Technologist to join their team. Details are below.
Pay: $29.61 - $44.42/hour
Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity:
- On call pay for Ultrasound is $5.00 per hour or 25% of base hourly rate, whichever is greater. This amount will be capped at a maximum of $8.00 per hour.
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, address concerns, ensure comfort, and obtain medical history
- Ultrasound Technologist will operate ultrasound equipment, position patients correctly, acquire high-quality diagnostic images, and identify normal vs. abnormal findings.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensure exam room readiness, and follow safety protocols.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (1pm – 9pm)
- Ultrasound Technologist must have ARDMS
