Job Description
A highly respected hospital a few hours from Pendleton, OR, is seeking an Ultrasound Tech to join their growing team!
- Pay: $32.00 - $46.00 hourly
- $6,000 retention bonus + relocation assistance available!
Ultrasound Tech Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Mon – Fri, day shift
Ultrasound Tech Responsibilities:
- Performs high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including general abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, venous, and carotid Doppler exams, in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
- Coordinates patient care from scheduling through completion of the exam, ensuring accurate documentation, image archiving, and communication with radiologists and providers
- Maintains infection control and safety standards, properly cleans equipment and rooms between patients, and uses appropriate PPE at all times
Ultrasound Tech Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
- Certification through ARDMS or ARRT (S) required
- Current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license and BLS certification required
- New grads will be highly considered!
