Omak, WA 98841 - Description:
Schedule will be Wed-Sat day shift. No rotation of days on/off.
Experience in Fetal Anatomy surveys and Outflow tracks.
Mid-Valley Hospital is a 44-bed community hospital in Omak, Washington. The District, alongside Mid-Valley Clinic, provides acute care and clinical services to patients in Omak and surrounding areas
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Greets all patients, visitors, physicians, and other staff members in a courteous, respectful and professional manner at all time. Responds to all patients with empathy and positive interpersonal skills at all times.
- Reports for scheduled shift on time and prepared to assume responsibilities.
- Reports to work in proper uniform/attire.
- Leaves for meal break on time and returns on time.
- Varies work schedule to meet the needs of the department.
- Ensures the department manager has approved all scheduled overtime.
- Seek supervisor approval before working beyond scheduled hours that will result in overtime.
- Schedules all time off with supervisor’s approval.
- Strictly adheres to hospital attendance/tardiness policies 100% of the time.
- Performs all duties as assigned.
Travel Qualification
- Must submit a Completed Application & Skill checklist & Update Resume
- PALS, BLS, ACLS
- Request Time Off must be included at time of submission
- Will consider travelers with 1.5 year of experience
- Valid State or Compact License required at the time of submission
- Two professional references completed within two years of current date – must be completed by someone who worked with candidate in supervisory capacity, not a co-worker
- Locals Accepted – $4 less than posted rate
- Candidates will float as needed
- Return Staff Policy – must be gone 1 year and still in good standing
