Job Description
Seeking a full time Ultrasound Technician to join a great health system in Central Florida!
-Must have ARDMS or ARRT (S) RVT or Vascular Accreditation
-Schedule: can work 36 or 40 hr work week
Position Title: Ultrasound Technician
Essential Functions:
Under the direction of the Supervisor and in association with the radiologist, the ultrasound technologist performs routine, emergent and specialized sonographic examinations, provides patient care and exercises professional judgment in the performance of procedures.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Post High School Special Training
Licensure/Certification/Registration
ARDMS or ARRT (S)
RVT or Vascular Accreditation
BLS
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology. Proficiency in peripheral vascular ultrasound
