Full Time CT Technologist opening in the Stamford, CT area! This position is full time and offering a competitive compensation plus benefits package.
Job Summary:
Top health system l is hiring a full-time CT Technologist to join their outpatient radiology team. The CT staff technologist provides a variety of CT procedures for the purpose of creating cross sectional images. He/ She operates CT equipment, PACS (digital imaging), prepares patient room, equipment, supplies and medications, provides patient services using imaging modalities and performs procedures insuring compliance with organizational protocols and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate from a formal Radiologic Technology Training Program approved by the American Medical Association; is certified by American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT), licensed in State of Connecticut as Radiological Technologist. Two years of experience as a Radiological Technologist preferred. CPR certified and CT scan Advanced Certification eligible.
