Registered Vascular Sonographer - (Sonography - Sono)
StartDate: 06/24/2019Available Shifts: 8 D/E Pay Rate: $41.00 - 46.00
WEST READING, PA. START DATE: 6/24/2019 for 13 weeks. SHIFT: TRAVELER #1 Days including every third weekend. Some 3-11 rotation when needed. TRAVELER #2 for Primarily day shift, evening shift (3pm-11pm) as needed. Every 3rd weekend. No call, no holidays. REQUIRED: Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with a received certificate of graduation or ARRT RT with cross training in Ultrasound. (Required) ARDMS REGISTRATION with RVT certification. (Required). Certified or eligible for certification by: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Sonography (ARRT) (S). Eligible sonographers must be fully certified as ARDMS or RT (S) within 24 months of graduation. As well, RVT certification is required within 24 months of graduation. (Required) BLS CERTIFICATION (Required) Ultrasonographer needed for 13 week travel position, evening shift. February start. The technologist performs Ultrasound procedures according to established protocol to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by a licensed physician or their designated health care provider.
Required Qualifications
Double Registered Ultrasound / Vascular Tech - (Required) ARDMS REGISTRATION with RVT certification. (Required). Certified or eligible for certification by: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Sonography (ARRT) (S). Eligible sonographers must be fully certified as ARDMS or RT (S) within 24 months of graduation. As well, RVT certification is required within 24 months of graduation. (Required) BLS CERTIFICATION (Required)
