StartDate: 02/04/2019Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $41.00 - 46.00

START DATE: 2/4/2019 for 26 weeks. SHIFT: DAYS, 40 hours per week. REQUIRED: FACILITY PROVIDES: Travel and housing (accommodations may be shared). Strong in OB and able to work independently without a Radiologist on site. Limited Vascular and abdomens. Ability to identify and apply, preferred. Additionally, airfare is paid initially by the candidate and/or the agency and will be reimbursed upon the candidate's arrival here in Bethel, AK. Please let us know when this is done. (Note: We recommend reserving the flight for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday as we have New Hire Orientation classes on Tuesday of each week) Note: We are required to receive the flight itinerary information for the candidate at least (1) week in advance to ensure that we can provide Scheduling, NEO Class attendance, Housing, etc.Please make note of the following information:" Private Housing is not provided. All housing units are shared units." Initial Airfare to YKHC will be "reimbursed" upon candidate's arrival (This is only based on the average cost of a plane ticket, if the candidate brings additional items they will be responsible for the cost)" Cab vouchers will be provided based on the employee's proximity and distance to the hospital (this is done at the discretion of the Hiring Manager)." There is "no" Holiday Rate Pay provided for this position.
