We are seeking an experienced Lead Mammography Technologist to join a high-performing outpatient imaging team focused on excellence in patient care, advanced imaging services, and leadership within diagnostic imaging.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Every 4th Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
The Lead Mammography Technologist serves as both a clinical expert and operational leader within the Imaging Services department. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting department operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring imaging quality standards are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced mammography imaging procedures

• Support daily department workflow and operational coordination

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for imaging staff

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

• Assist with process improvement and patient experience initiatives

• Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

• Minimum 5 years of Mammography experience in an acute care hospital or ambulatory setting

• Texas Medical Board License (MRT)

• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R)

• ARRT Mammography Certification (ARRT-M)

• BLS or ACLS Certification
