Mammography Technologist (Lead/Screening) – Brand New Imaging Center
Location: North Dallas Area
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $45/hr + Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
The Opportunity
Be part of something new! We are seeking a dedicated Mammography Technologist to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art screening center in North Dallas. With a "Go Live" date of June 15th, we are looking to hire immediately. This is a rare chance to help launch a premier facility and establish a culture of clinical excellence from day one.
Training Note: For an immediate start, onboarding and training can begin at our partner locations across the Dallas area prior to the center's grand opening.

Your Impact
As a key member of our screening team, you will:
  • Perform high-quality screening mammograms and diagnostic procedures.
  • Manage vital Quality Control (QC) responsibilities for the new facility.
  • Educate patients on the importance of preventative breast health with compassion.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with MQSA/FDA and ACR standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time Mammography experience; 3D/Tomosynthesis experience is required.
  • Credentials: ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required.
  • Licensure: Valid Texas State Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) license.
  • Compliance: Must meet MQSA requirements (15 CEUs every 3 years; 200 documented cases every 2 years).
  • Skills: Experience with RIS/PACS (eRad or Sectra preferred).
