Mammography Technologist – Float Pool

Full time 8:00am–4:30pm $25,000 Bonus
Join a high performing Float Pool supporting multiple outpatient breast imaging centers across Miami Dade and Broward. This role is ideal for a tech who thrives on variety, adapts quickly to different clinical environments, and delivers exceptional patient care across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams following ACR, MQSA, and facility protocols
• Float between assigned centers across Miami Dade and Broward based on operational needs
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the imaging process
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams to support efficient workflow
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) required
• Florida state license required (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience
• Strong patient facing communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites

Schedule & Environment

• Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• No major holidays
