Float Mammography Technologist + up to $7,500 sign-on bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammography Technologist to join a patient-centered breast health organization as a Float Mammography Technologist supporting multiple centers across North Central Texas. This full-time role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in women’s health while working primarily weekday hours.

Shift Details

Monday–Friday between 6:30am–5:00pm
Occasional Saturdays from 8:00am–12:00pm
Float role supporting multiple screening and diagnostic centers across the region

Your Role

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams
• Educate patients on procedures and the importance of regular mammography
• Float between multiple imaging centers across the metro area
• Maintain excellent positioning, exposure techniques, and patient care standards
• Assist radiologists with advanced mammography procedures, including biopsies
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and departmental protocols
• Deliver compassionate, high-touch care with a strong focus on patient experience
