Ultrasound Technologist – High Risk Maternal Fetal Medicine
Southwest Arizona
Day Shift | Mon–Thur 8a–5p, Fri 8a–1p (36 hours/week)
$40 – $61/hr (based on experience)

About the Role

Seeking an experienced High-Risk Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasound Technologist to join a leading perinatology team. This role focuses on advanced imaging for high-risk pregnancies following AIUM standards. Work directly with perinatologists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment — with no weekends or holidays.

Requirements

  • High-Risk Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound experience required

  • Associate’s Degree in Ultrasound Technology or completion of an accredited Sonography Program

  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS – OB/GYN)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA

  • Preferred:

    • 2+ years’ experience

    • Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification

    • Bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams in all trimesters (including fetal echo, Doppler, and transvaginal studies).

  • Collaborate with perinatologists to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.

  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment per QA/QC standards.

  • Document and forward imaging results accurately and promptly.
