Ultrasound Tech (FT, days) in Alaska
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech to join our team in Alaska on a full-time basis working day shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound examinations on patients according to physician orders
- Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure images meet quality standards
- Record and maintain patient records and data related to ultrasound procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure appropriate patient care
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
- ARDMS certification required
- Prior experience in performing ultrasound procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
