Patient Care Assistant/Transportation Driver
Full-Time
Triangle Springs is a 77-bed behavioral hospital located near Raleigh/Durham, NC. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Triangle Springs we are dedicated to Changing People's Lives.

Position Details:
- Responsible for supporting outpatient services under the direction of the Director of Outpatient services, by ensuring that the schedule is consistently delivered, patients are supervised and accompanied to appointments, and safety is maintained.
- Following information through the hospital while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Work closely with the Director of Outpatient Services.
Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience
- Must have a valid, non-restricted driver's license
Experience:
- Previous Patient Care Assistant and transportation service experience preferred
