Job Duties and Responsibilities

Service Delivery Manager job responsibilities include:

  • Meet with clients, helping them create effective hiring goals
  • Work closely with recruiting teams
  • Communicate with internal teams on a consistent basis
  • Database entry and monitoring
  • Oversee the completion of service delivery and job orders
  • Light travel

Qualifications

Service Delivery Manager required Skills & Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Must have experience in project management or business process outsourcing or recruiting
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize multiple requests
  • Must demonstrate the ability to lead, influence and persuade
  • Must be committed to successfully fulfilling job duties
  • Must be able to work independently and stay on task
  • Must possess demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint – savvy
  • Must possess demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
