Receptionist
Inpatient: PRN Positions Now Available
Outpatient: Full Time Position Now Available

Position Details:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service when greeting guests, patients and receiving calls.
- Perform a wide variety of clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, and message taking.
- Follow information through the hospital while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Intake departments in the patient assessment and admission process.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Outpatient receptionist may assist with medication management patient scheduling and processing.
Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience
- Valid Driver’s License preferred
- For PRN Inpatient Receptionist, must be willing and available to work any of the following shifts: Weekdays (4:30p – 8:30p shift); Saturdays/Sundays (any of the following shifts: 8:00a – 4:30p; 11:00a – 7:30p; 4:30p – 8:30p)
Experience:
- Previous Clerical and customer service experience preferred.
