We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants meaningful work-life balance while making an impact in a tight-knit, rural Oregon community.

You’ll step into a clinical role focused on delivering direct care to children, adults, and families, including assessments, individual and group therapy, and case coordination. This is a full-time, weekday-only position with a strong support team and built-in supervision for collaborative care.

You’ll practice in Arlington, OR, a quiet community along the Columbia River, known for its incredible windsurfing, fishing, and small-town charm.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $73,900 – $111,600 (DOE)
• $4,000 relocation assistance (if moving 100+ miles)
