We’re hiring an LMFT who wants stability, community impact, and a team-driven clinical setting.

You’ll step into an outpatient role delivering care to children, adults, and families. From assessments to individual and group counseling, you’ll support clients with a compassionate, evidence-based approach—Monday through Friday, no weekends or call.

You’ll practice in Hermiston, Oregon, a growing city known for its thriving agricultural economy (especially potatoes!), regional shopping, and beautiful surroundings in Eastern Oregon.

• Salary: $73,900–$111,600 based on experience
