We’re hiring an LMFT who wants meaningful community impact and a steady weekday schedule with generous benefits.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on counseling individuals, children, and families. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver care and improve programs. Services are provided Monday through Fridaym no weekends or on-call. You’ll work autonomously while supported by a full clinical team.

You’ll practice in Heppner, Oregon, a peaceful town best known for its rolling hills, quiet charm, and unbeatable fall cycling along the Blue Mountain Scenic Byway.

• Base salary: $73,900–$111,600
