3. A Little (Very Little) About Us

Heart-Centered Counseling is a unique, growing team of licensed psychotherapists who’ve
joined together to serve the Northern Colorado community. At present, we have fifteen (15)
office suites (located in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley and South Denver) and just over 150
professionals on the team in Northern Colorado.

If you’re a licensed mental health professional, we hope you’ll consider joining us as we serve
our community, and support one other.

4. Why Join Us?

There are 6 things that make us unique:

(1) Complete Flexibility to Choose Your Own Hours and Commitments

Our therapists choose their own hours and availability. For example, one of our therapists is a
mother of small children who stays home during the week. But two evenings a week and
Saturday mornings, she’s at our offices providing care for those hurting in our community.
Another one of our therapists enjoys working a more traditional calendar, and sees clients five
days a week from 10a to 6p.

(2) Full Administrative Support—Including Working with Health Insurance Companies

We have administrative support staff on hand to help you as you serve your clients. As much as
we can, we’ll remove any administrative barriers that might take time away from your work with
clients. That includes working with health insurance companies to obtain payment.

(3) Six (6) or more New Clients a Week—Until You’re Fully Booked

At Heart-Centered Counseling, we do as much as we can for you—leaving your mind and
energy free to focus on helping those in your care. You’ll be responsible for determining your
own client load, and we’ll provide you with 6 or more new clients a week—until you’re fully
booked.

(4) A Beautiful, Comfortable Environment Designed to Put Clients (and You!) at Ease

From day one, you’ll be provided with a comfortable setting you can use to care for your clients.
No matter which location you work from, all of our offices been professionally designed and
decorated to put clients at ease during your sessions.

(5) An Amazing, Caring Team to Support You

We’ve developed an culture of caring and support at Heart-Centered Counseling. We’re here to
serve our clients, but we also serve and support each other in whatever way we can.

(6) Competitive Reimbursement Package

We understand salary and benefits are a deciding factor when considering a new position.
Whether you just received your license or you’ve been practicing for decades, we offer
competitive salaries and benefits for the care you provide at our offices.

5. A Little About You

We’re looking for a compassionate, highly skilled therapist with a heart for serving others. If you
meet the following requirements, we’d love to hear from you:

(1) You have a license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist)
(2) You have a compassionate heart that loves to help people in need.
(3) You’d enjoy joining a caring team of professionals who are working hard to care for clients,
the community, and each other.
