You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role focused on providing comprehensive mental health services, including screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing counseling. With an average of just 5 patients per day and a full clinical support team, you’ll have the time and resources needed to build meaningful patient relationships while delivering quality, patient-centered care.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• You’re comfortable conducting mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
• You enjoy providing counseling and ongoing behavioral health support

• You have strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
• You thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $65,000–$80,000+ annually, based on experience
• Annual quality and productivity bonus opportunities
