Job Description

Practice: Established and Mission-Driven Community Health Organization

  • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a long-standing commitment to serving the community
  • Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM schedule with dedicated administrative time
  • Manageable patient volume with no more than 8 patients per day
  • 30-minute to 1-hour appointment times allowing providers to focus on quality patient care
  • Opportunity to work with patients experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, relapse prevention, recovery support, and MAT coordination
  • Established clinic with support staff in place and a welcoming team environment
  • Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment, State Loan Repayment Programs, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
