We’re hiring a Crisis Therapist in Emporia, Kansas who wants meaningful work, strong benefits, and long-term stability.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on emergency mental health services across office and community settings. You’ll conduct crisis evaluations, complete intake assessments, coordinate care with hospitals and community agencies, and support clients of all ages. You’ll work collaboratively with crisis teams while maintaining autonomy in your clinical decision-making.

• You hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• You are licensed as an LMFT, LCMFT, LMLP, LCP, LP, LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LSCSW

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,609 to $85,213 depending on experience and licensure
