Traditional outpatient therapy for mental health services.
REQUIRED CERTS/LICENSES:
-BLS
-LCPC or LCSW-C license
-1yr exp required
Cerner exp preferred
CPI, MAB, & LCSW preferred
Unit accepts 1st time travelers
General Skills Experience required: High Risk Intervention Patient, Vulnerability or Safety Risk, Knowledge of Cultural Issues, NASW Code of Ethics/ Standards of Home Health Care, Suicide/Homicide/Self-Harm
Assessment Experience required: Assess Response to Treatment, Biopsychosocial Assessment, Conduct Initial Evaluation, Develop Plan of Care, Development of Problem List, Mini-Mental State Examination
Documentation/Communication Experience required: Discharge Summary, Documentation According to Plan of Care, Documentation of Care Delivery, Plan, Goals, etc., Documentation Reflects Understanding of Coverage Criteria, Documents Patient Response

Travel Qualification
- Must submit a Completed Application & Skill checklist & Update Resume
- BLS
- Request Time Off must be included at time of submission
- Will consider travelers with 1 year of experience
- Valid State or Compact License required at the time of submission
- Two professional references completed within two years of current date – must be completed by someone who worked with candidate in supervisory capacity, not a co-worker
- Locals Accepted
- Candidates will float as needed
- Return Staff Policy – must be gone 1yr and still in good standing
- Copy of covid vaccination card required at submission. If requesting a medical or religious exemption traveler must provide the completed exemption request within 72 hours of acceptance (Form will be provided)
