Job Description
DirectShifts is seeking a Clinical Services Coordinator/Behavior Specialist to work in Adams, WI
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME - Full Time
EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT - Exempt
Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor or marriage/family therapist (Ch. 457, Stats.) with 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience where the majority of the clients are children or adults with mental disorders or substance-use disorders
Additional Requirements
- Required to pass the WI BID and other background checks, upon hire
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and insurable driving record that meets Vista Care’s current driving requirements
- E-Verify verification must be completed
- Must have good interpersonal skills and consistently demonstrate effective decision-making abilities
- Personal vehicle and personal liability insurance must always remain current and within policy limits as determined by Vista Care. Documentation of routine maintenance of a personal vehicle must be maintained and presented to Vista Care upon request
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Fluency in oral and written English
- High level of training skills and knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation services
- High level of competency using computers, multiple programs, and databases
Special Skills/Training/Certifications
- Current TB Test and pre-employment physical.
- Licensure and able to provide clinical supervision as outlined in DHS 36
