Overview

Rainier Springs is a 72 -bed behavioral hospital located in Vancouver, Washington. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Rainier Springs we are dedicated to Changing People’s Lives®

CHANGES, the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) at Rainier Springs are therapeutic and recovery-focused clinical programs offered during the day and evening to support adults who need to maintain their work, school, or family schedule. We offer supervised, medication management, on-site therapy along with Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Training to our patients. We are seeking a Washington-licensed or associate licensed master's level therapist to join our team. We are accepting applications from social workers, mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists with the ability to obtain the following licensure in Washington State: LICSW, LSWAIC, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA.

Position Details

  • Clinicians provides evidence-based practice group therapy for two levels of care: Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient.
  • Evidence-based practice clinical case management for client caseload enrolled in PHP / IOP levels of care for mental wellness and SUD treatment.
  • Facilitating group therapy using evidence-based curriculum provided by Rainier Springs and teaching interpersonal process and psychotherapy groups.
  • Treatment takes place Monday – Friday during the day and evening. Flexible hours available.
  • Clinical supervision for therapists seeking independent licensure offered as a part of the position.
  • Ensures accurate and timely clinical documentation in patient record.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment

Experience:

  • Prior work with psychiatric and substance use disorders in all levels of care. Experience working in an in-patient setting and working with people with severe and persistent mental illness and / or addiction treatment preferred.
