Outpatient team members directly affect the care and treatment our patients receive in the outpatient setting. As Outpatient Manager oversee the officer operations of the programs assigned. Position Details
- Manager ensures that office operations and programing in the outpatient department operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Manager ensures outpatient programs are compliant with all laws, rules and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as TJC standards for quality care.
- Monitors patient volumes and quality of care to identify areas for improvement. Manager oversees the work performance of the non-clinical outpatient staff.
- Familiar with a variety of concepts and practices in relationship to the field.
- Demonstrates the ability to problem-solve and make day to day decisions regarding department operations. Leads and directs the work of others while reporting to the department head
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
Experience:
- Previous outpatient experience preferred.
- Must have clerical experience.
