Job Description
DirectShifts is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LMFT or LCSW) Job in Huntington Beach, CA
This work includes:
- Providing mental health services for a case load up to 8 adult clients
- Conducting mental health assessments of clients
- Designing, implementing and monitoring the efficacy of treatment plans
- Collaborating with staff and other stakeholders
- Actively participating in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings
- Rapidly responding to individual client needs - including mental health crisis
