Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor needed to join a team of healthcare providers in NH
This opportunity is with a growing hospital and healthcare system just outside the White Mountain National Forest. This is a permanent and full-time job with full benefits. Join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital that offers Medical, Surgical and Intensive Care services. They also have a variety of outpatient services that include the ED, Oncology, Rehab, a fully equipped laboratory and more!
Additional details:
- Responsible for diagnosing substance use disorders, while providing treatment, education and support to individuals and families
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle and choices
- He/she provides direct support to individuals and families experiencing substance use disorders
- Utilizing evidenced based treatment modalities and referrals to other treatment when appropriate
- Sees patients ages 13+
