Outpatient Coordinator
Rainier Springs is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Vancouver, WA. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Rainier Springs we are dedicated to Changing People’s Lives.®
The Outpatient department plays an essential role in helping fulfill our mission of “Changing People’s Lives®”. Outpatient team members directly affect the care and treatment our patients receive in the outpatient setting. Position Details:
- Handles all aspects of the admission paperwork and sign in
- Admitting patients into the computer system
- Assisting with patient care needs in Outpatient including possible crisis intervention sessions
- Monitors and completes necessary chart audits
- Calling patients and setting appointments
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
Experience:
- Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred.
- Must have clerical experience.
