Full Time Position

The facility offers outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to children, adolescents and their families. Position Details: -
Assist in administering health information services consistent with accreditation and regulatory standards and facility standards.

Implements P&Ps for documenting, storing and retrieving information, processing medical legal documents, insurance data, and correspondence requests.

Demonstrate excellent customer service when greeting guest and receiving calls

Perform a wide variety of clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, message taking

Following of information through the hospital while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Work closely with the Business Development and Intake departments in the patient assessment and admission process.

Maintains patient medical records and ensures accurate documentation per requirements.

Ensures HIPAA guidelines are followed.
Requirements: -
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience: -
Prior experience in information management and psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
