Position Details:
- Ensures that office operations and programing in the outpatient department operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures outpatient programs are compliant with all laws, rules and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as TJC standards for quality care.
- Oversees the work performance of the non-clinical outpatient staff.
- Oversees the office processes and procedures to ensure a quality patient experience.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment.
- May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
Experience:
- Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred.
- Must have experience with clerical duties.
