We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Syracuse, New York who wants a structured weekday schedule, meaningful patient impact, and strong benefits in a supportive clinical environment.

You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role providing individual, family, and group counseling services. You’ll conduct intake assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with primary care and psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

You’ll practice in Syracuse, New York, a vibrant city known for its rich cultural heritage, thriving downtown, and the energy brought by Syracuse University and year-round events.

• Salary ranging from $65,000 to $71,500
