Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience
- $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient counseling and therapy services to individual patients
- See approximately 7 to 8 patients per day
- Collaborate with the care team and participate in integrated care planning
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Greenway system)
- Offer support to the substance use disorder program when needed
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work
- Active LICSW license in the state of West Virginia
- Experience with underserved populations preferred
- Group therapy experience is a plus
