DirectShifts is seeking a Child & Family Specialist to work in Palmdale, CA
We are seeking a Child & Family Specialist for our Palmdale facility to work in our Full Service Partnership (FSP) program. FSP is a specialized, intensive, community-based program for children, adolescents and transitional age youth with serious mental health problems. The Child and Family Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing rehabilitation and case management services.

Hours:
- FSLA Status: non-exempt
- Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
- Hours vary – Must have the ability to work non-traditional schedule with a 24/7 on call
- Work schedule is based on the needs of the Center
Education Required:
- B.A. in human services or social service field. Requirement for B.A. may be waived if applicant has A.A. and commensurate experience.
