Refresh Mental Health is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our community mental health agency dedicated to empowering and uplifting children and families in need in Northwest Indiana.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide treatment to adolescents and children
• Treatment planning and ongoing documentation
• Collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork
• Strong communication skills

Requirements:

• Active clinical license in Indiana
