Education & Licensing Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Rehabilitation Counseling from an accredited educational institution.
- LCSW/ LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license preferred, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides individual and family therapy and care coordination
- Works in tandem with, and provides supervision to Therapeutic Training and Support Staff to meet the needs of the identified youth and family.
- Consult with other community-based resources such as state agencies, schools, medical and other mental health professionals, as necessary
- Ensure that documentation meets the Performance Specifications set forth by the state and is submitted timely
- Provides outreach to community providers to develop and foster solid working relationships and awareness of CBHI services.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to connect with and support children and their families Identify problem behaviors, provide advice and track development while children improve their skills
- Provide effective individual, family and group psychotherapy and counseling
